  • After payment is received and verified, the domain transfer will be initiated to the buyer’s registrar account.
  • Transfer times may vary depending on registrar policies.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in USD (United States Dollar).
  • Buyer is responsible for any transaction fees, escrow fees, or transfer-related costs, unless specified in writing.
  • Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the transaction.

4. No Refund Policy

  • Due to the unique and digital nature of domain names, all sales are final and non-refundable, once payment and transfer are completed.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We make no guarantees regarding the future value, traffic, or revenue potential of any domain.
  • Buyer assumes full responsibility for how the domain is used after transfer.
  • We are not liable for any business outcomes, disputes, or damages arising from domain usage.

6. Privacy & Security

  • Information submitted through the offer form (name, email, offer amount) will be used solely for the purpose of communication and negotiation.
  • We will never sell, rent, or share your details with third parties without consent.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of  the United States.
  • Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts the United States.
